Agate

Agate is a balance stone to use in most rituals. Agate will focus your concentration during a ritual. Agate is a powerful protection stone also,especially for children. Never tell a lie in a room with an agate, as the lie will come back on you. Soak an agate in lily of the valley oil for 3 hours, pat it dry and give it to someone you suspect of not telling the truth. The person will feel compelled to tell the truth. Eye Agate

Eye Agate is a good protection stone to have in the room while doing any ritual, as it will watch over the spell caster. Eye agates have round or oval bands of color that resemble eyes. They can be pink, orange, brown, black or white. (size: 1/2" x 1 1/2")

Blue Lace Agate

Blue Lace Agate is a calming stone. It is a good stone to meditate with before doing a ritual. A bowl of several blue lace agates in any room will help the people to be more relaxed with each other. Burn gardenia scented candles to make everyone feel calm. Blue lace agate is a light blue with thin bands of white. (size: 1/2" x 1/4")

Fire Agate

Fire Agate is strong defensive protection. If you feel anyone is wishing you ill or is sending bad vibrations your way, this is the stone you must have. You can feel secure with a fire agate in your right pocket. Fire agates are white with touches of fiery brown or mostly sizzling brown. . (size: 1" x 3/4")

Moss Agate
|
Moss Agate has been called the "Warrior's Stone" as it reduces tension, dampens pain and releases fear. In the modern world this makes it an excellent stone to use in the business world. The night before an important business meeting cover a moss agate with marigold petals in a small bowl or cup. In the morning put the moss agate in your right pocket and be a success at the meeting. Moss agate is green with markings that often look like moss or branches. (size: 1/2" x 1 1/2")

Tree Agate

Tree Agate has some of the same traits as moss agate. It is a stone of great abundance. It brings abundance to business and agriculture. It is not a fast acting stone, but with patience it can be very successful. Bury a tree agate on each side of your front door to keep money coming into your home. Place a tree agate in a houseplant and watch it grow. Tree agate is white with green spots and bands.

Amazonite

Amazonite is the stone for woman to wear or have close by for a few days before any ritual to balance the feminine energies. Amazonite is also a lucky stone to keep with you when you are hoping your dreams will come true. The day before a ritual sit for a few minutes with mint or lemon incense burning and hold the amazonite between your hands so the feminine energies will be the strongest. Amazonite is blue green color. (size: 1/2" x 3/4")

Amber

Amber is not a crystal or gemstone, but tree resin. Amber catches negativity and can change it to positive. Wearing an amber necklace at the base of the throat helps to protect the spell caster during a ritual. The color of amber ranges from pale yellow to a clear brown. (size: 1/2" x 3/4")

Ametrine

Ametrine is almost magic by itself, being part amethyst and part citrine. Have an ametrine with you when you think you may have to make a quick decision. During any ritual I always keep an ametrine tied to my left ankle to keep the earth magic flowing. Ametrine is purple and amber colored. (size: 1/2" x 1/2" )

Amethyst is a stone all spell casters have and wear as it increases psychic gifts. Amethyst is a calming stone so is excellent to use if you suffer from insomnia. Keep it under your pillow to sleep better and to remember your dreams. To get an answer to a question using a crystal ball, place five amethyst stones equal distance from each other around a crystal ball, light three jasmine candles and relax and the answer will come. Angelite is the stone to use to make contact with angels. All healers or those who would like to be healers should have angelite. It heightens perception and gives protection to the healer while he/she is in a healing meditation. Angelite helps balance the thyroid and is used for weight control. Apatite in the blue color has a very uplifting energy. Blue apatite gives you the key to inner wisdom. It allows you to not only see past lives, but to understand the influence of past lives on your present life. Place a blue apatite under your pillow if you can't find a resolution to a problem and within 7 days you will know the solution. Apatite is shades of blue (1" x 3/4")

Aquamarine is one of my favorite stones. This is another stone all spell casters should wear or have with them during rituals. It is a talisman that sharpens the intuition. In a bag put jasmine, lemongrass and rowan, an amethyst and an aquamarine. Put the bag under your pillow for 3 nights before doing a ritual. The ritual will be a success. Aquamarine is pale blue-green to deep blue-green.
