Chakras
Chakra (or Charka) is a Sanskrit word, which means wheel of light. The chakras are the energy centers of the body. The chakras are power centers of the body. These centers are aligned vertically through the center of the body, located near the spine. When there is a proper flow of energy through the chakras, the physical body, emotions, and spiritual aspects will function in good order. When the flow of energy is blocked or flowing poorly there can be health issues, depression, and personality changes. Visualization and meditation can balance the flow of energy to the chakras.
