Romance
Valentine's Day. A day of romance, candy, and flowers. Possibly a candle lit dinner with Champagne. All this is very romantic, but is it love? Yes, it is love, romantic love and we need it on occasion. Webster's has several definitions of romance, such as: "a baseless made up story ... or fanciful invention." Whereas love is defined as "the profoundly tender or passionate affection for a person." Many people confuse romance and with love.
Love
Love is steadfast. Love overlooks imperfections. Love is there on bad days. Remember- love is tender as well as passionate. Love is respectful and polite. You don't have to give up your life for love, in fact love gives you life. Love doesn't dominate, but shares. Love truly cares. Love is laughter and joy. Love opens your heart to more love. Love is for you to be what you want in your loved one.
