Protection For You and Your Loved Ones
There is too much fear in the world today. You need protection. You need to stop being afraid. If you feel protected you no longer need to feel fear.
Shells are a precious symbol in many cultures. Shell necklaces at least 75,000 years old have been found. That tells us that shells have been an important part of our symbolism for a long, long time.
You can do this ritual for yourself as personal protection. This ritual can also be done for someone you care about. Or you can do this ritual for your entire family at the same time.
Shells combined with gemstones can be an effective combination for protection. Protect yourself and your loved ones.
Do this ritual on any Tuesday.
Shell Protection ritual can be done up to 6 times a year, but that is usually not necessary.
Clean your stones in your preferred method. Clean your altar and put all the items needed on your altar. Bathe with lilac soap or bath gel before doing the ritual.
Put the metal bowl and black candle in the middle of your altar. Fill the metal bowl ½ full with spring water and light the black candle.
As you place the shells one at a time in the bowl say for each shell,
Return to water your home
Under the sun and moon
You have been
As you place the chrysoprase and agate one at a time in the bowl say for each stone,
From earth you came
No sun or moon to shine on you
Now feel the blessing of sweet water
Pass the crystal point above the flame of the candle and say,
Crystal power so strong in protection
Earth, air, fire and water are a part of you
Give your protection to (name of person or to me)
Bless (name of person or persons or me) with your protection
Surround (name of person or persons or me) with your protection
Put the crystal point in the water
Stir the water 3 times with your hand and say,
With gratitude I stir
Water, fire, earth and air
All are vigilant to protect (name of person or persons or me)
Put out the candle and take the shells and stones out of the water and let them air dry in sun light or moon light. Use the water on any plant or flower. As you pour the water on the plant say,
I give back with love and accept protection
1 shell and the chrysoprase should be thrown into water (river, pond, sea or lake) while you repeat,
I give back with love and accept protection
The other shell and agate should be place where you can see them often.
If the ritual has been done for more than one person in the same household, the crystal point should be placed in the bag and put in a safe place in about the center of the house. If the ritual has been done for one person that person should keep the bag with him/her.
